I have set up all like manual(Collecting detailed information from user calendars) describe to get get calendar details information but still getting error(from notes) “The server is not currently making this information available”

From the Domino Administrator → Configuration tab → Server → Configurations → Basics tab →

check box “Use these settings as the default settings for all servers.”

Select the “Extract calendar details” check box to enable the feature → details to extract

And also policy:

Mail Settings → Access and Delegation->

Who is allowed to see your schedule information:

Who is allowed to see it: “Everyone may see your schedule information” Enforce

What schedule information they can see:Detailed information about your calendar entries. Enforce

Do not include the subject on a calendar entry when detailed information is made available: No(uncheck yes)

Subject: Still having the problem?

The setting on the global config doc should be all you need to set to enable the feature. Once set, Schedule Manager will detect and use it for all users who are running 6.0 or later templates (since they have the preference to opt out)

You can tell if the setting is in use by looking at the busytime record of anyone. In the InfoBox look for 2 items:

BusyTimeHarvestOptOut - “1” means the user has Opt’d out of the feature

DetailsList - the extracted and encoded detail data for that user. It will exist even if they have opt’d out

So if users have opt’d out that would explain why you see nothing. If the BusyTimeHarvestOptOut is “0” then you should be getting data back.

If this is the case, time to check out the AllowBusyDetailsAccess item. It is a list of names that are allowed to access the detail data. Make sure your name is in that list. If it is then time to call Technical Support so we can dive deeper. However I suspect you’ve found the answer before getting that far.
