I have a user who when accessing the ‘calendar’ he sees his entries for the day without any porblems. The strange thing is that when he access the ‘Day-at-a-Glance’ functionality the entries for that particular day are not being displayed.Any idea would be of great help. thanks.
Subject: Some questions and things to try
Questions:Are you showing unread messages only (as in View->Show Unread Only from the main menu bar)?
If you are… the DAAG calendar could be blank… but you should see an indication of this in the DAAG calendar.
Are you sure the DAAG is showing the correct date’s worth of calendar entries?
Check the date navigator at the top of the DAAG calendar
Is it possible that DAAG calendar and Main Tab calendar are working off of different replica’s of your mail file?
You should be able to verify this by pressing Alt-Tab key combination while focus is in the DAAG calendar. This will bring up the infobox. Change the infobox so that it displays properties for the database if it is not already doing so.
Some things to try
Try switching the Day-At-A-Glance calendar into and out of summarized mode…
If that doesn’t work… try getting focus into the DAAG calendar… Press the F9 key.
Try navigating backward and forward a day by using the date navigator displayed at the top of the DAAG calendar.
