Calendar control corrupt?

Hello!

We have some intermittent issues with our Notes calendar. It hasn’t happened in the original “Notes calendar”, but with a regular calendar view. After opening the database, and clicking the Month/Year in the top right corner, weird things start to happen. It says “December, 2006”, but click on it, and it’ll change to “May, 41222” and the calendar starts on the 1st until the 9th. After the 9th, every day of the month is also the 9th! Very odd…

We’ve been using this application for a while now, with only one or two people having this problem. We’re about to launch it to a bunch MORE people, and I’m worried that they might think it’s a development problem. It’s the custom calendar control which comes with a basic calendar view.

I have a feature that uses “@SetViewInfo” which restricts what’s in the calendar. Could that be the problem? When all the documents are in the calendar, the problem doesn’t happen. It happens rarely when the @SetViewInfo is set.

Any ideas?

Thanks, in advance!

Subject: Calendar control corrupt?

Hi Steve, I don’t know if you found the answer to this yet but it appears to be a bug in Notes 6.5.x (client) and fixed in 7.0.2. From 7.0.2 fixlist:Client UI JBIE63SMT7 SPR# JBIE63SMT7 - Fixed a problem where “41222” was displayed in calendar reservations after selecting an event, filtering by room and then selecting the date picker.

I run 7.0.2 so I don’t see the problem but we can duplicate it every time on 6.5.2 users.
