We often book room resources via calendar entry, and it would be fantastic if we could schedule XX minutes of setup and teardown around the meeting, directly from the calendar entry.
For instance, we might setup a one-hour meeting for 8 people, and book a room via that entry. The meeting may require 15 minutes to setup the projector, and another 15 minutes to dismantle it. We need to book the room for an additional 15 minutes before and after the meeting, but we don’t want attendees to see that additional time.
Any ideas for a workaround?
