I have a user who shows to be booked all day on Monday and Tuesday when viewing their availability in the scheduler . Yet, if you go into their calendar they only have 1 or 2 meetings booked on those days, neither of which are all day meetings. Any ideas on why their availability would show them to be booked all day when they in fact are not?

We too are experiencing this problem. When others view this person’s calendar, it shows busy time until noon for one particular day. However, in her calendar it shows as free time.
Can anyone offer up some suggestions for a fix or an explanation as to what is happening?

Did you ever get a fix for this? I have a similar problem. I have a user who appears “Unavailable” every Thursday and Friday whether or not there is an appointment on their calendar or not. If they happen to have ann appointment, too, it shows as “already scheduled”

Never did find a solution for this. We now have a new user who this is happening to. I found this but it does not relate to us:
