Calendar alrm - Stealing focus

I have an issue with Calendar alarm stealing focus from another application. For instance, this user would be working MS word and if there is any alarm that Notes needs to pop up, it will pop and steal the focus. This user does not want this to happen. I made registry changes for ForegroundFlashCount and ForegroundLockTimeout. it works sometimes and most of the times, Notes will steal the focus. Has anyone experienced similar issue? If so, any help to resolve this issue is much appreciated.

Subject: Looking for Resolution

The alarm steals focus for us as well. Then it brings up the search function behind it so that you have to click back and forth between Notes and the Alarm to release the Starts With box and then you can release the Alarm.
