In my form i have a field store a date joint for employee. I want to calculate the year of service for the employee start from the date joint.For example date joint is 8 May 2003 and today date is 8 June 2004, So the result is 1 year and 1 Month.Can someone help,Thank very much !

Just subtract one date from the other. THe result will be the number of seconds between the two dates. Divide by 86400 to get days.
