Calculate Mailfile Stats

We have a requirement to find out following data for a particular user for past 30 days:

  1. No. of mails sent

  2. No of mails received

  3. Max no of emails in a day

  4. least no of mails in a day

We have Message tracking enabled in my environment

I have checked MTStore & Reports.nsf but could not find a way to get this data

Please suggest
