Trying to resolve a problem with a users corrupt notes environment.It was suggest to delete the cache.ndk
file.
I can’t find it…
help please
My user has a roaming profile. if that makes a difference

Roaming shouldn’t make a difference, because :

NOTES.INI file (except for User Preferences stored in Personal Address Book)
Desktop.dsk file
Cache.ndk file

Any other data files or databases that are not replicated to the roaming subdirectory on the server "
You should find cache.ndk in the \Data directory where Lotus Notes is installed (i.e. Lotus\Notes\Data\cache.ndk). If it’s not there, then Notes recreates it on startup.
