I was reading in another thread back in 2005 that you could restore a form from the local cache.ndk database. There were no instructions on exactly how to do this though.

The form was deleted after a replication and I do not have a backup elsewhere so I need to restore it.
I found the form entry (it seems to be a document) but how do I restore the form from the cache.ndk back to designer? There of course is nothing listed in designer under “forms” for the cache.ndk only in a view as a document.
I tried copying it as a document from the cache.ndk to the database and it shows up as a document but not in designer. It is listed under “Form” in cache.ndk
