C API error loading DLL

I created an agent with the following declaration:

Declare Private Function NSFBringDatabaseOnline Lib “NOTES” Alias “NSFBringDatabaseOnline” _

( Byval dbPath As String, Byval Z As Long) As Integer

Then I call this function as follows:

Call NSFBringDatabaseOnline(“dbname.nsf”, 0)

When I try to run this, I get the following error:

“Error in loading DLL”

Is there something else I must do to be able to access this C API function? I downloaded the c api toolkit, but don’t know if I’m supposed to install it or something.

shouldn’t it be “nnotes.dll” or at least “nnotes”?
