Forgive me if this is simple, but in my By Person view, all of the e-mail is listed (and sorted) by name (Who) – this is fine. However, for the same name, I can’t aggregate those e-mails into a section (w/ a twistie). In the past, I could (and I can see this is true for other 8.0.2 LN users). I assume that it’s a template issue, but if there’s an easy/quick adjustment, pls let me know.

It sounds like you’re talking about your mail file, but I don’t know of any By Person view in the standard mail template. Could this be a customized design you’re using?

It is my mail file. Various default categories exist: Inbox, Drafts, … , including Views. If I expand Views, it includes a By Person category. I believe that this is default behavior for the mail templates. I encounter my issue when I select By Person, and ‘everyone’ is then listed, but not aggregated by name for expand/collapse.
