Hi,I have a button in an email.
This email is sent to the user.
The user press’s the button. This does a number of things:

Installs an icon on the Toolbar (general one).

Setup’s the code behind this icon.

Detachs and runs an executable file.
The first time the button is run, it gives the error ‘Cannot create outline entry’.
If you then subsequently install the functionality manually, then uninstall it, the button starts to work.
But we don’t want to have to go through the manual process for hundreds of users.
It’s very difficult to re-create the problem now. We are using Notes 8.5.1 on a Windows 7 PC.
The button works fine on Windows XP with Notes 8.01
