Busy Time

Greetings!

Someone accepted a meeting, and it showed on their calendar. However, when I tried to schedule a meeting with that person for the exact date & time, their calendar showed they were available. The $BusyPriority of the accepted meeting was equal to “1”. I issued the server command: Tell Sched Check . This command ran as their record in clubusy.nsf was updated. They still showed available during the time the other meeting was scheduled. I opened the meeting on their calendar, edited it & saved it. Then when I checked their busy time, it showed appropriately that they were busy during that date/time.

Does anyone know why this person’s busy time wouldn’t update until I edited/saved the calendar entry on their schedule?

Thank you in advance!!! Mary Jo = o ]

When you edited and saved were you on your server or pc?It could be that they never got the DST patch installed so the meetings are still skewed…

Otherwise, check their Preferences \ Calendar \ Scheduling and make sure that they’re in the proper time zone and that ALL days (even the weekends that are unchecked) have a correct time setting…

Maybe that will help?

Hi Molly! Thank you for your response!

It turned out that the server command I had issued was “tell sched check”. But for some reason it didn’t work - probably user error : o \ At the same time I was editing the calendar entry, someone else on my team had issued the “tell sched validate” command - we think this command is what fixed it.
