Business cards not showing the status

Hi,

I only see the name of the person when I hover over a contact in embedded Sametime in Notes 851 and also in the Sametime chat window. I’ve enabled the ‘show business cards when hovering over a contact name’ in Notes preferences. Earlier it was showing the Sametime status message - I’m Available etc. But after I added the Connections server in the preferences, that too went off. Neither the Connections business card is showing up. I tried removing the Connections settings from the preferences but for no joy. :frowning:

Can somebody help me?

Hi thanks for trying out the business card - can you tell me more about your environment? What version of the Sametime Server are you using? Is this just Notes 8.5.1 Gold or do you have a hotfix or Fix Pack applied to it? Have you had any issues with your STResolve process not responding when under heavy load? (Another symptom of that is Inbox awareness will stop working). What are the Connections preferences you’re using? Are you using the plugin_customization.ini settings or the preferences dialog?
