Are there any such classroom courses available for advanced training, or is the best solution some of the conferences like Admin 2008 or even Lotusphere?

The VIEW used to also host an Admin Bootcamp which was more focused on training than product sales. Lotus Sphere is not going to learn you much in the way of detailed training, you get the raw basics. I don’t know of they still host the bootcamp training but you can google them and inquire.

I’ve googled the heck out of that and nearly every training opportunity is the basic courses outlined by IBM. ie. they are for new admins or those transitioning to Domino. Someone, like myself, with 8 years Notes experience, can’t find advanced “training classes”, and feel that the Admin2008 conference is the best opportunity for advanced skills, built on my strong foundation.
