Bulk Mailing with nested groups and 20,000 users

I wouldn’t be posting this except the search here is horrible, this is an old question I posted it way back in the 4.x daysdoes anyone have a db or lotus script agent to do the following.

We have multiple nested groups and close to 20,000 e-mail addresses. We need to send e-mails to all users in all the groups with no dupes. People can be and are in multiple groups. This is being done on the webserver when a document is submitted/closed.

What is needed is the lotusscript to do this. I dont want to spend another 2 hours writting one of these.
