Could anyone please tell me how I could approach in creating a personal stationary which contains the company letterhead. I would like this to be send to any emails and shoulld be able to view it with out any problems. I would like to impose the letter head in the background and type the content in where it is meant to be in. I need to know, if I have to approach this using normal HTML or anyother formats. Thank you.

Your biggest problem with this is that one your emails leave your company, you have no control over them AT ALLYour recipients will (obviously) not have the image files you used, and do you really want to make yourslef so unpopular as to send them out with every email?
Even if you did, there’s no way to frce their mail system to display the images in the places and formats that you specified
So I think you’re on to a loser here
