When you create a new resource in the Resources Database and check the option to “Limit how far in advance the resource can be booked”
You will get two options:

Limit by Days (default is 90 days)

Limit by Date (default is 90 days from the date of creation).
So assuming you leave the radio button set to “Limit by Days”, and change the days to 30 days it would be reasonable to assuma that you cannot book the item more than 30 days in advance.
This is in fact what happens but after 90 days the resource can no longer be booked - This is because the default value for “Limit by Date” is not cleared when the form is saved, so when you try to book it 91 days after it was created the resource returns an error saying that the date is beyond the limit.
