Ok, I admit it, I am a Mac Newbie.There are some points I don’r know if they are meant like that.
Startup: When I start the Notes client, it always comes in front of other apps, even if I click on something else, it comes in front again. This is annoying.
Widgets: I can’t find File/Application/Install…
Some widget just don’t work right.
Speed: I have the feeling, that Notes is slower then on my old XP notebook.
Can’t update or change the design of my mail db.
I just tell’s me, that I am not allowed to do it, but I am manager.

Using a text editor, open the plugin_customization.ini file from the following location: /Applications/Notes.app/Contents/MacOS/rcp/plugin_customization.ini and Add the following entry to the end of the file
com.ibm.notes.branding/enable.update.ui=true
Then restart Notes. You will see File/Application/Install…
