When somebody creates an appointment and adds recipients, it will send them emails reminding them about it. If you click on the “Request Information” button on that Memo, there is no way to get out of that screen. If you close the window it’s “Yes” to send as is, “No” to send without comments, and “Cancel”, to edit document.
So if you accidently click that button, there’s no stopping that message from being sent.

There is still no way to get out of the ‘Request Information’ form without sending an email. Is this ever going to fixed?

This problem will NOT be addressed in any R5 or R6 version per Lotus

Yes, this is clearly a bug, confirmed under 6.0.1.
Can someone from Lotus please respond as to when this annoyance will be corrected?
