Bug in 8.0.2 CCH1 (or is it HF88)

Using seamless upgrade in policies to upgrade the template you must enter the release in the settings document. All documentation, including the pop-up help states that this string should be obtained from the “Help About” screen. The help about screen shows “Release 8.0.2 CCH1” unfortunately that isn’t how the server sees it. The server sees it as “Release 8.0.2 HF88”

I will open a ticket through more formal channels so this is technoted but I wanted to get this out on the web ASAP so nobody else wastes two hours trying to figure out what is wrong with their configuration.

This issue has already been reported to Lotus Supprot, and is currently under review. Good catch though!

Still don’t see it technoted in the public KBase or on the web. The slowness in getting these kinds of things public is making me crazy. In the last two weeks I have opened two tickets with support where there was an existing SPR that wasn’t public. In both cases I wasted hours and hours of time validating my configuration prior to calling support only to find out that the problem was known. The support rep read me the existing SPR document today and it was as if he was reading my PMR verbatim. If support knows about a problem it needs to be published ASAP both in the public KnowledgeBase and on some official and Googleable IBM website.
