It seems there is a bug in the DXL processing under 6.5x when processing/importing a scheduled agent that is set to run “byminutes” (i.e. more than once a day).
I have experienced the problem under 2 situations:

Doing a straight database copy using exporter → importer

Processing an agent using domparser and setattribute
The problem is the “minutes” attribute is not set in both situations. If I copy the database and the original agent was set to run every 1 hour 30 minutes, the copied agent will be set to run every 1 hour 0 minutes.
If I process an existing agent using domparser and set the hour and minute attributes to say 1 hour and 10 minutes, the hour is set to 1 hour and the minutes are set to 0 minutes.
This issue DOES NOT OCCUR UNDER 7.02.
I can’t seem to log this as an SPR anywhere!!
