Broken Certificate Authority

The previous administrator at my company set up a certificate authority (CA) for our the certifier. We recently phased out the server that the CA was set up on and didn’t transfer the CA configuration to our new server. I am now unable to migrate or modify the certifier to have it work off of the new server. When I try to migrate, it won’t let me. When I try to modify, it can’t because the ICL path and database don’t exist on the new server.

How can I undo the CA config and redo everything from scratch?
