Bringing back the webmail security warning popup

Mail template: extR6MailUser’s pc: XP

While loading webmail, a user was presented with a security warning re installing and running Lotus Domino Applet. He clicked No; now his webmail loads without the applet buttons across the top. (New Memo, Reply, etc.)

How can the applet be forced to load?

We’ve tried clearing his temp internet files & cookies and rebooting.

For IE, it’s Tools->Internet Options. Go to the Content tab and choose Publishers from the Certificates section. You should find IBM in the “untrusted publishers” list.

Problem is, the Untrusted Publishers list is a new feature in xp sp2, which this user didn’t have installed at the time. So IBM doesn’t show up on the list.

But thanks for the reply, Stan.

Other suggestions, anyone?
