BP pictures not showing in ST anymore

I’ve noticed the last few weeks that the bluepages pictures in Sametime have been disappearing. One second it will be there and the next it’s replaced with the blue box with lines through it, as if the person doesn’t have a picture in BP (but they do). It’s to the point where now none of my contacts have pictures showing in Sametime. Is there a fix for this? A few of my peers have mentioned the same issue as well.

I suggest calling IBM internal support. SametimeBlue and Bluepages are internal IBM tools, very few people on this forum work for IBM, so know noting about Bluepages.
