Bookmarks set via policy make the popup box "Choose servers to search" appear

Hello,when setting up bookmarks via policy, the bookmarks properly deploy to the Notes client when this one is installed. However, when the user clicks for the first time to the database bookmark, he gets the popup boxe “Choose servers to search”. By selecting All, or the proper server, the database is found and the popup does not occur anymore. It seems that the database icon is needed on the workspace, so that the popup does not appear.

Can anyone confirm this problem or say how to avoid this?

Did you ever get a reply about this? We are getting the same problem. There are some databases that we want to be stored on a different server to the users home server. The problem is that if Notes doesn’t find the db on their home server it comes up with “Choose servers to search”. Very annoying!! Any ideas?
