Bookmarks access problem

Hi, We’ve upgraded many of our users to Lotus 8.5 last month. From time to time however, we’re faced with a strange behaviour.

On some workstations, while we can create new bookmarks, we can’t remove them. And we’re not able to define a bookmark as the default welcome page (by right clicking on it as selecting this entry, nothing happens when it should ask for confirmation).

The user has manager access to his bookmark.nsf and names.nsf. I really don’t know how to fix this.

Thanks for your help !

Subject: I would check Desktop Policy…

Do you have desktop policy in NAB? Maybe you have the setting “Home Page Selection” set to “do not allow”.

Subject: Bookmark access problem

Hi, We do have a desktop policy but it’s not set to prevent user from selecting their startup page.

Any other idea ?
