I have a database that when I or my users click a bookmarkto launch it, it opens a frameset with a tab showing at the top.
But if I double click the bookmark, it opens two instances of
the frameset with two tabs showing at the top. If I continue
clicking the bookmark, it opens more instances of the db.
We have bookmarks for other databases. This is the only one
that opens multiple instances.
How to fix this problem? It will confuse users and cause conflict.
