I’ve developed a new “PORTFOLIO” application. In this way i’m able to design an outline that can be used to bookmark documents,files and other. If i drag&drop documents in outline (embedded in a form) from new eclipse-based database (for example mailr85 template or personal address book 85 and other) the client 8.5.1 create url files in Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace.metadata.plugins\com.ibm.rcp.csiviews directory. The file name correspond to mail subject.
In this way , if i bookmark more emails WITH THE SAME SUBJECT , the client create only one file and my outline contains a lot of bookmarks linking the same email (the first i’ve bookmarked).
I’ve suggest users to change the subject before bookmark the email, but users is not happy about this.
Is there a bug ?? There are work-arounds ?
