Booking a room / resource

previously when a meeting was booked and a room was booked as part of the meeting (resource.nsf) an email notification was sent to the person creating the meeting that the room had been booked - it seems to have stopped working ! not sure when and if it was after our recent upgrade to 8.5.1 . anyone come across this before and is there a fix

Which version did it last work in? Is busytime booked correctly and just not the notices going out?

not sure which was the last version it worked on, but it used to work. Yes it does actually book the room for the correct scheduled times

Subject: Reservation notification

Check to see if your router is running. EDIT If it isn’t, load router. If it is, tell router quit and then load router. Worked for me a while back. Hopefully it will work for you.

I had this exact problem, when I migrated to Domino 8.5.1.

The solution was:

Open your reservation database, go to Actions menu, and click “update”. Then restart the rnrmgr service.
