How does one update the photo on the default blog template? There is a field for it in the profiles, but this does not appear to change it. Is there a way to do it without using Designer client and adding a photo resource?

I’ve got the same problem.
I did find a good resource for old information, which is sometimes relevant:

Note the part regarding the Author Photo is from 2006 and does not appear to be much help. Although back then it did the trick.
Have you found the answer, or is the lack of response to this tread the indicator that there is no published answer.

I made this tweak in the ‘LeftSideBar’ template:

Now the photo shows on every page except the Homepage.
Asked IBM for some help on PMR 84835,370,000 but they want nothing to do with it.
They use the “we don’t support custom modifications” as they’re out.
So I guess, judging from the responses here that we are SOL. Unless we can find an alterative source for
a) Support
b) a Blog app that works on Domino
