Blog Template basic problem

I have been trying to deconstruct the 7.0.3 blog template, but I am stuck at the very beginning. The database launch properties launch the “launch” navigator, but I can find no code whatsoever when I look at it. Can anyone get me started?

Take a look for a $$NavigatorTemplate form. Using a blank Navigator and a $$NavigatorTemplate allows a Domino web developer to open a form in read mode without using a special ?ReadForm URL.
