Blocking profanity

Is there a way to block profanity with a database using the discussion template? It will be heavily modified but the basic template will be there.

This discussion board will be open to the public and in no way can profanity be released/published because of the nature of the organization.

Thanks in advance,

Rick

Subject: Approval Cycle?

We’re working on public discussion as well. Seems the only for certain method to guarantee appropriate posts would be to have someone read them before they are published. I’m actually trying to not go that direction since our discussion database is private to our business. An inappropriate post would be career suicide but HR is still concerned.

Subject: Approval Cycle

I’m trying not to go there as well. That takes a lot of time to do unless maybe I can get one of their staff to do it. That , of course detracts a little from the price I can get as well if they have to put a daily effort into it.

Thanks,

Rick
