Blocking Outbound Email

I have two questions:

1 - I need a way to block outbound internet email messages for certain users.

2 - I need a way to block inbound interent email messages for certain users.

If you can do it in the server, see what Nathan wrote that is OK.If you want to block outbound emails from the client itself, you can modify the email templates, or use a third party product like MK Email Size limiter from www.zipmail.com

Have you looked at server based mail rules?

Server Configuration document >ROUTER SMTP > Restrictions and Controls > SMTP inbound

All the settings you need will be there.

like:

Deny messages from the following internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains:(* means all)

and

Deny messages from the following internet addresses/domains:
