Hi,
I need to trigger mails via a scheduled agent. But I need to have them blocked in the mail.box for troubleshooting purpose.
For this I stopped the router & SMTP task. Right clicked the agent & ran it. But I still got the mail.
Can some one please suggest, how can I block the mails in mail.box.

I believe when you create an agent “Before new mail arrives” it works with the router itself, so you may be able to work that way…

I dont know what exactly do you need but you could also make a server rule to make a certain message on hold.
Go to configuration, rules and for example you could create a rule to make the mails coming from X address to be on hold on the mail.box and then release it with an agent.
