I have a user who’s images are being blocked within their email messages. Its not happening to any other user in the company, but him. Any suggestions?

Try this :

Edit current location document → goto Internet browser tab → change browser to Notes with Internet Explorer → Save & Close → repeat the steps to revert back to original browser settings.

If this does not work, create a new location document.
otherwise (3) create new perweb.nsf (personal web navigator database - replacing the exisiting one)
Subject: Blocked images within emails
Check the proxy configuration for the user (Location document - Basics tab).
(I tend to enter bogus proxy information so that I don’t download “confirmation” graphics in dodgy emails.)
