Hi,

We have received requirement from our management team where they would like to know if some procedure can be built within mail files so that we can enable / disable option of replacing mail file template design .

Hello Sheel!

There are two options. Both using ACL (Access Control List):

01 - Restrict access on Mail Template to a specific group (for example: Administrators and Service Desk) and to all the servers;

02 - Restrict user’s access on Mail Database to Editor
