"Block senders List" frequently displays

Hello,

One of my colleague has a problem on “Block senders List”. The dialog box frequently displays even if the email add has already been configured to go to Junk Mail. It says “@XXX.XX is already in your Blocked Senders List”. Appreciate any help that you can share with regard to this issue…

I have also received the message under 6.5 and still under 7.0 HF277 (and prior). It is very irritating. You may receive it for one note that you’re trying to block, or it may also remember other senders and loop through all of the senders you’ve tried to block since Notes started.

Sorry no answer to the problem but wanted to add that I have it as well. Hopefully someone has a clue on this; there’s really nothing on this problem anywhere I’ve looked.

I appreciate your response. Thanks very much… To temporarily ease the irritation, what I did was erased all block senders list. I’m now in the process of recreating…
