What I find strange is that when a domain is listed in my Block Sender list e-mails with that that domain will still be deliverd to my Inbox.
Any ideas as to why this happens and how to prevent it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you - Nina

what does the quick rule state?

My rule, which is automatically set up by Notes when you use the “Block Mail From Sender” for the first time, is written as follows:
When Sender Or Internet Domain is in the Blocked Senders list, Then move to folder Junk Mail.

It will only be delivered to your inbox if there is not a match. If you have say a test email account for something like hotmail. I would urge you to test an email from hotmail to your lotus notes email account. Then try to block the sender.
After you have blocked the sender and can confirm the email is in the list of blocked senders – try to send another email from hotmail to your lotus notes email account.
What is the result?
