I upgraded a clients’ computer from 6.5.5 to 8.5.1. (upgrading meaning I did not backup the id file,uninstall notes, delete lotus notes file folder,install 8.5.1)Once I installed 8.5.1 everything opened up normal as usual. I updated the mail design to 8.5 and now the “subject” area on all the inbox items are missing.
After upgrading almost 200 machines in my company this is the first time I have ran into this issue.
Anyone experience the same issue without having to go through uninstall process
