Some mail from external users display all blank in Notes 8.5 client on win xp.
If I open the mail database via OWA it works fine.
Tried with full uninstall and fresh notes installation. Still same problem.
Any ideas?

Need some information so I can understand the problem better. So can you please do the following:
With the document open right click and then select document properties.
From document properties please select the second tab and then scroll down in the box on the right till you see the “Body” field.
Select the body field. Tell me if you can see the text in the body field.
If the body field is either blank or not present look for a field called “wBody” and see if it contains data. Also, some MIME messages will have multiple body fields. Please let me know if that is the case with your blank e-mail.
If possible, could you place a sample message in a blank database attach here for us to look at.

I have four body fields and can see the text there.

We had a similar issue and traced it to a problem in the 7.0.2 OpenNTF template when using the “Reply Other” button. Sorry, I don’t have a fix as we are going to move to the standard 8.5 template which should fix it.

Suddenly it worked. I don’t what the problems was. I did a replace design and refresh design on the mailbox as well.
