Blank HTTP_cookie

… I am having a similar problem. HTTP_Cookie field is blank when a document is opended in the browser in read mode (?OpenDocument) but is fine when opened in edit mode (?EditDocument). It is also ok for ?OpenForm URLs.

My HTTP_cookie field is computed fo display. I have tried recreating the form for scratch and adding a new HTTP_Cookie field as offered as a possibility in the previous post’s responses but to no avail.

This does not seem to fail for all documents - seems to be related to the form design as some docuuments are fine.

Any Ideas?

thanks… but that article has absolutley no bearing on query at all.

The problem was staring me in the face & I didn;t see it. It was a self inflicted wound…

Didn’t realise but I had missed the path parameter from the my setCookie routine.
