In Short:
When composing mail and the address typed is not unique the Ambiguous Name box appears. In one specific circumstance (explained below), we see the potential matches include an additional BLANK entry in the list. Selecting a name from the list returns the name below into the address field (not the name selected).
Does any-one know what is causing this problem?

Exactly What Happens:
In a New Memo, entering “th” or “the” in the To field should bring back the following two persons from the Address Book (in the “Ambigous Name” pop-up)
Tajinder Heera
Theressa Parker
However, rather than having two person documents in the list there are three.
The first appears blank in the view with exception of the Mail Domain, which is populated correctly. If you view the details, the person document of “Tajinder Heera” is opened.
The second appears to be “Tajinder Heera” however viewing the details opens the person document of “Theresa Parker”
The third appears to be “Theresa Parker” and viewing the details opens the correct person document.
(Ie, the person listed is in fact the person below)
Clicking on “Ok” enters the wrong person into the “To” field.
