Blank email content

One of my users has this strange problem. She is on 8.5.3 Client Standard Configuration. Some emails from external/internet (vendors/suppliers) are shown blank in the preview pane or when she opens them. To see the content she has to reply or forward the email. I open the same email on my Notes client (same version as hers) and I can see the content fine/normal. I replaced her workspace folder but no difference. As mentioned, it seems that only emails which come from external party has the problem. Internal emails are fine.

If anyone can shed some light on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

Where was it send from? Maybe the email was sent as an encrypted email Can you verify it with the sender?

What is that users person doc set to. I would try keep in senders format if not already set
