Blank dates in enabled Out of Office

DDM is reporting the following error for a mail file with the Out of Office (OOO) agent enabled:

AMgr: Agent (‘OutOfOffice|OutOfOffice’ in ‘mail\mailfile.nsf’) error message: Function requires a valid ADT argument

When checked the OOO no longer has any leaving or returning dates and these need to be re-entered to resolve the issue.

It’s not possible to enable the agent with blank fields so can anyone provide me with an explanation of what is causing this to happen?

We’ve been experiencing the same issue. OOO profile docs are not complete and missing the Start & End Date fields.

It seems to be hap-hazard in which users are experiencing the problem and I’m not able to re-create it myself.

Did you end up finding any answer to the problem?
