Blank body of email when sending to Outlook Express

When I send a message to a particular user that uses Outlook Express the body of the message is blank. I have searched the forum and thought it maybe was a font issue but I changed the fonts and he still gets a blank email in the body. I am running Domino 6.5.3 on the servers. Is there a setting in Outlook Express that needs to be changed so he can read the emails?

can you post the message source once it’s in Outlook. I know exchange can send mangled MIME but i’ve never heard of it not being able to receive compliant MIME, which domino sends.

are there any attachments, anything strange, or is it just plain text sent as MIME?

is there anything between you and the exchange server that is modifying the message? a relay host, brightmail, anti-virus server, smtp firewall?
