We recently upgraded our Blackberry software and also we are now going to be supporting our sister company’s blackberry usage. Does anyone know where I can find information on how to have the BES manager browse not only our Address Book in our domain but the sister company’s address book. Currently, it only pulls up our Company address book to search/browse for users? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try setting up Directory Assistance. We have mulitple address books set up thru DA and our Blackberry units can search thru all.

If you don’t want to have DA set up so that all the users see both address books you can use cascading address books on just the BES server.
