Blackberry Setup using BIS

HI All

recently we setup blackberry in our office, we use BIS.

we already setup new account in blackberry and open the POP3 service from our server.

but we still not receive the mail in our device.

Has anyone been able to get this working properly?

Any step list that I can follow here?

Any reply are appreciated.

First you should give the company email server that you’re using to (since it was not clear to me here). If you’re using Domino or Outlook, there’re many ways to set your Blackberry for getting emails from your company server.
