I have a user who has changed ISP’s for her Blackberry. The ISP claims I need to change the forwarding on my server but I don’t see anywhere to do so. Do I need to re-do the user for the new ISP to be recognized?

If you are integrating with a corporate e-mail environment then there should be no required changes. When you say that the client changed her ISP what do you mean? Who are the old and new providers?

If you are using the blackberry enterprise server, then I don’t think there is anyplace to change this. The only settings you need to set for a blackberry device is the username (so it can retreive mail for the user) and the PIN so it knows where to send the message. There is no forwarding setting. you might try reinstalling the client software and putting the blackberry back in the cradle. BTW, that is how we recently switched over several internet based blackberries to become enterprise blackberries.
